I am a dedicated IT professional with extensive experience in technical support, system administration, and cybersecurity, currently working as an IT Service Desk and Support Technician Level 2 at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), Darwin. I work within the Cyber Shield team, supporting secure operations across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

I specialise in monitoring and responding to security alerts using CrowdStrike Falcon NG-SIEM, Okta, Microsoft Defender, Abnormal Security, and ThreatLocker. I manage endpoint security, identity threats, phishing simulations, and incident response — while also delivering Level 2 IT support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Fortinet VPN, Zoom Phone, and enterprise business applications.

I hold a Bachelor of Cyber Security from Torrens University Australia and 16+ industry certifications. I am an Australian Citizen eligible for NV1 security clearance, and am actively pursuing a dedicated cybersecurity analyst role.
